Can I change my plan later?
You can upgrade your tier at any point with immediate effect. Downgrade or cancelation take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment do you accept and is it safe and secure?
We accept major credit card networks like Visa and Mastercard. We process all payments through Stripe. Your financial data is encrypted and protected in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and 256-bit SSL encryption.
How do student discounts work?
If you study at an accredited teaching institution you can apply for the discount during the checkout and upload your student status documentation. These purchases are subject to a review process so will not be activated immediately but you should expect 1-3 business days for a response.
What if I need more resources?
We're currently working on making add-ons purchasable for additional quota. If you have any immediate needs, or you're looking for a larger subscription for your institutions with more than 30 seats, get in touch via email.
